Not sure Jenny, Gill is the person to ask as she is the Rep. Hoping the ladies still enter so we can get a team in 11s and hopefully 15s for 2014.

Still going to try and get this up and running in the near future. Meeting up with a few of the girls on Sunday to play I.M's so we can discuss it then but in the meantime what do others think about this in terms of number of players in a team, format, frequency, prizes etc? To give me a rough idea of who is interested can we please start naming potential teams to see who is all interested? Cheers.

Here is team Edinburgh (Even though I have not asked anyone if they are available lol! Here is a potential team!)

Me, Saunders, Claire MB, Danielle Jones and wee V. Thanks!

Either 3 or 4 person teams. Everyone plays everyone from the other team in a best of 3 match.

The calendar is contested but I'd certainly be up for it effy.

Ladies county down here is 5 sessions of 5 singles, best of 25. Works well & gives you practice at playing the one frame format of International comps.
There's always a finish!

Yeah, I know Claire - the problem we have though is only a couple of areas could field a 5 lady team.

I agree one frame matches would be better in preparation for international competitions though.
