Not sure Jenny, Gill is the person to ask as she is the Rep. Hoping the ladies still enter so we can get a team in 11s and hopefully 15s for 2014.

Hey Girls,

Been asked by a work colleague to try rally some girls together to take part in a charity fundraiser event below as its is statutory that each team has one female in their team. Is anyone free on sunday that would be willing to take part. If so contact me on my mobile. Details are below:

It is that time of year again to dust off your football boots and recruit your friends for the fifth annual Carl O'Shea Fives Tournament, this year to be held on SUNDAY 5 SEPTEMBER.

Carl O'Shea was 25 years old when he committed suicide. He was and is not alone in the fight for good mental health to which we are all entitled. 1 in 4 of us will suffer mental ill health at some point in our life. That means your mum or dad, brother, sister, friend or partner. In fact most of you will know someone who has had to face up to mental ill health.

This tournament hopes to raise awareness and remove the stigma surrounding mental ill health in order to make it easier for folks to seek help and recover quicker. Funds raised will be donated to SAMH, Scotland's leading mental health charity, in support of their Get Active campaign, .

This is our fifth year and to date we have raised over 11,000, a fantastic sum. Hundreds of you have played each year and hundreds more of you have shown your support by donating prizes and cheering on the players from the side lines. Please continue to do so by joining us again and forwarding this email on to your friends and family.

All are welcome to play and donations of raffle prizes are much appreciated!

When: Sunday 5 September 2010

Where: The Power League, Bothwell Road, Hamilton

Registration: 11 am with kick off at 12 noon.

Cost: 70 a team, with each team having a maximum of 7 players.
